Process
Working together in clear steps.
A concrete design first, the decision after. The process is set up so you know what will happen, what's included and when it makes sense to confirm further work.
Building a site usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on scope, how fast materials arrive and the number of edits. We confirm a more precise timeline after clarifying the scope.
What's enough to prepare
You don't need finished copy or an exact brief to start.
For the first design, basic information about your business, offer, customers and the goal of the site is enough. We can clarify the copy, structure and scope together.
- what you do and for whom
- your current site or inspiration, if any
- what the new site should mainly improve
- the contact I should reply to
- final copy
- an exact number of pages
- a technical brief
- a perfect idea of the design
How it works
From the first message to a site ready to launch.
I keep the process simple: the design first, then the scope and only then the build itself. That way you know what you're paying for and what the next step is.
- 01 Send the basic details
Just briefly describe your business, offer, current site or the problem the new site should solve.
- 02 I review the business and customer
I look at the offer, target customers, trust and the next step the visitor should take.
- 03 I prepare a first free design
You get a first homepage design — the first screen, the structure and the basic logic of the copy.
- 04 We confirm scope and price
Only once the design makes sense do we agree the concrete scope, price, timeline and what's included.
- 05 I build the site and refine details
I build the site, go through edits within the agreed scope and refine the copy, mobile version and important details.
- 06 Launch and handover
Before launch I check responsiveness, links, basic SEO, the contact path and the technical setup.
Why this process
It should reduce uncertainty, not add complexity.
Businesses often don't know how many pages they need, what to write or how much a site will cost. That's why I start with a concrete homepage design and only then confirm the scope, price and further work.
Start from €390 and an estimate by scope before we even agree.
You know in advance which pages, features and edits are included.
Edits happen in agreed rounds so the work stays clear.
You can leave the site without care, or choose ongoing care as needed.
Frequently asked
What's good to know before the first message?
Short answers to the things that usually hold up the first step.
Is the design really free?
Yes, I prepare the first homepage design for free. It's not a finished, deployed site or unlimited free edits, but a concrete basis for your decision.
Do I need to know exactly what site I want?
No. Just describe your business, offer and goal. I'll help with the structure, wording the content and the design.
What if I want bigger changes?
Smaller edits are handled in agreed rounds. Bigger changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately, so it's clear up front what's included.
How long does building a site usually take?
Building a site usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on scope, how fast materials arrive and the number of edits. We confirm a more precise timeline after clarifying the scope.
